We make our cars handle better, accelerate better, stop better. To me an upgrade would be an LED or a brighter brake light, not a darker, harder to see one.

And about making cars faster and all that, good for you. i plan on doing that, but right now i don't have the money to do so since i'm 18. tail lights are essential to me. its a cheap appearance mod. big deal?
