Default Please sdvise should I buy it !!!!!!!

Ok I can get this for 1300 and I have 3500 to spend total so it would leave me with 2200 cash to play with. I work on my own cars paint body and all let me know thanks

1987 Mustang LX 5.0 - 5 Speed

T5 - 5Speed
STOCK!

PROS -

The car is unmolested, it still has the stock air silencer in it. Has stock sunroof. It does have exaust (Longtubes and Flowmasters)

CONS - Needs paint, badly. Body is in great shape other than one tiny little quater size spot pictures below. Also its a base model LX. No power windows, locks. Pretty much no options.

Ive driven it around the neighborhood a few times, even got on it a little, runs great. Idles like its supposed to, has fresh oil change, new belts .... its been maintained pretty well other than the paint. Interior is decent, needs a shampoo on a couple spots here and there but no fade, no gangster leaning seat, no rips. Can arrange to put a set of Pony wheels on it as well.

I would buy it but skip the GT body kit. Do the paint and spend whatever you left over on the engine.

go for it... who cares about paint... thats usually the last thing on the list... and as for the lack of options... who needs them... no lock actuators to seize... like my drivers door has on me twice so I just removed it... no window motors to burn out...and your a few pounds lighter...

tho do something with the wheels... the crappy paint on the 10 holes is hideous
