Question Gold edition canadian sn-95

Does anyone know if there was ever a gold edition sn95?? I just bought a 1995 gt 5-speed with 119kms on it for 4k (i know a steal right?), and it has the horse and gt logos painted gold... the previous owner and his dad says it's a rare package option so i'm wandering if this is B.S. or not... Any extreme historians in the house??

thanks in advance

Jordan

if the emblems are all gold you should have made them knock another $500 off the price

My 94 GT had gold door locks and badges. I dont think there's anything special about it... but it looked pretty sweet actually. lol

I looked at one at a dealership one time with gold ponies and stuff but most likely just some bs badges people bought.
