no i don't think so....... my '89 went 13.20's on motor w/ stock everything, just 4.10's , mickeys, cai, long tubes, dumped smog, dumped ac, and thats about it
if he has 50-75 more hp than stock which he should...... he can run run 12.50's-12.70
i knocked off 2 tenths for the high way gearing, and also said i thought he was CAPABLE of it... not that he would run it
if it was me i'd call that my target til i beat it... and continue to improve my driving or 60' times til i got it
