Does anyone know which valve springs or what spring rate is recommended for the Ford B-cam? Also, does anyone know what the installed spring height/spring pressures should be for e7's?

the ford racing a-50 springs and b-50 retainers are what you need, it'll tell you installed height, but more so I'd go off of seat pressure as that's the goal then check for coil bind and so forth after

If you wanna go more high tech, comp Beehives. They're standard on the GM LS7 and all of Edelbrocks XT series heads(and I think all of their crate engines now). It'll give you a lighter valvetrain that's more stable at high rpm, but the matching Ford stuff will be fine as well.

13.20's with 2.25-2.30 60's, 40+ year old suspension sucks!
Best trap 107.11mph, we'll see what the new intake/carb setup does.
12.80 at 110.5mph NHRA DA corrected
