Default any good 5.0 mags?

i have 2 subscriptions to 5.0 mag, and mustangs and fast fords but im so tired of seein 197s. know of any better mags that would be more useful to me?

Nope, I stopped getting them for that reason. The fox is a dying breed as far as that goes.

I was reading a 5.0 mag at the store yesterday and seen like 1 5.0 fox in the whole magazine. Why have 5.0 in the mag when its all 4.6?

I am glad you asked that. I quit buying MM&FF a long time ago for that reason. Just Sunday I was at wally world and picked up the 5.0 magazine for the first time in a minute. I actually got pissed off because of the time wasted looking through it.

kinda makes me wish I would have kept some of my old magazines instead of giving them away

It's so true. When I got my fox they were everywhere. I took my fox out for the first time in a month to go to the movies. After I parked I got out and just looked at my car for a minute. My g/f asked what I was doing, told her that's something you don't see anymore. She said what. I said a fox sitting in a parkinglot. Kinda depressing

i agree. look through a mustang mag now and all we see is a striped down fox with a 347, a new edge, and the rest are s197s and advertisements! nothing helpful to us! when was the last time u saw 85-86 GTs, SVOs?

If you REALLY want a magazine to understand engine performance, subscribe to Race Engine Technology, from the UK. It's about $180 USD for 8 issues a year, but you get an inside look on the finite details of engine building in NASCAR Cup, NHRA, and Formula 1.
