Default What size tire for 4:10 gears?

Just looking to see what the best size tire would be to run with 4:10 gears, i was looking at 28" tires but thought id see what other people found best. Also what is a good tire that can handle a lot of road driving and still can grip good with out wearing to fast. I was thinking of ET street drags but never had a set of them. What do you guys think?

No but he should change his rim size so the tires don't stick out. Looks terrible.

I have 4.10's and run a 26" tire fine.

I have 15x3.5 and 15x8 welds on it now but the rears need new tires. Would 28" be to much? I like how they look on there. Also any recommendations on a radial tire that wont wear to fast on the road?

You try and put a 28" tire on w/ the way those wheels stick out and they're gonna rub like a cheap whore on a sailor!!!

26" tire is best.. you don't wanna negate the gear by using a 28" tire unless you HAVE to

there is no tire that will meet your requirements

you need to pick one... one that hooks and will you about 10k miles like et streets, or one that does not hook at all... but gets 20k miles like nitto

i have yet to see anyone get under 1.9 sixties w/ a nitto , in fact most usually cut 2.0's and thats capable of doing on a regular street radial that gets 60k on them

et street radials hook as good as et strete bias ply tires and aren't too bad in the rain as long as you don't break threm loose... if you break them loose... it's like driving on ice

so best bet is to score another pair of welds.. and put your tires on them... then swap out for weekends.

i know it sux... but thats the real world if you got a DD

i wouldn't use nittos if they were free, i'd sell them for beer
