Default Termi motor vs Lightning motor

In the past couple days ive decided to do a motor swap into my foxbody, and i had decided to put the 03-04 cobra motor into my car, but my buddy ran a idea past me when i was on the phone with him about a hour ago and i been going over it in my head, and decided to ask you guys, what would be the ups and downs with a lightning motor it has 10 less hp i know but it has 60 more torque, its supercharged, i know it is not dohc, but it is cheaper for my wallet to purchase, can a 5 speed be mated to that motor, what do you guys think on this idea, i dont think ive ever seen this done before

I'd stick with the Termy engine, guy on another forum has a 5.4 in his Mustang and it sticks out of the hood, looks ridiculous.
