Default 90mm lightning maf on 94 gt

I have a bbk cai and i am gunna use the 90mm lmaf, should it work with my cai? then ill just need the pig tail from a new lightning?

Hey man! It's been awhile! As for the Lightning MAF I do not think it will work with that CAI. I think you need a 4" tube to make it work because I know 3 1/2" was too small for the MAF. It is a real good MAF though. However, you will have to get your injector specs for the lightning MAF because it will not be a bolt-on and run affair. You will have to get it tuned!

haha hows it going, i gotta figure out where i can get a tube that will work, i have the tune set up i just gotta get the parts and get it together

Not much new here! Just alot of headaches thanks to the cars. LOL! As for finding tubing go to Lowes or Home Depot and see what they have. I know I temporarily rigged a setup to hook up to my Lightning MAF using A/C ducting. It was ghetto, but it worked well for a few months. PVC tubing should work well too. Here's what you gotta do... get the adapter for the other side of the MAF and buy two 3.5 (or whatever size your intake tube is) to 4" couplers, cut off the bolt on flange on the intake and hook it up with hose clamps. And yeah the pigtail adapter and a tune for sure.
