running a blow through carb on a daily driven car just doesn't appeal to me.

I'd rather have a safe tune streetable car.

It will be a daily driver, and still be show ready. =D

lol sorry to let you down 83gtragtop, but i'm keeping it aero. it just seems like to much work to convert everything back over or i'd do it in a heartbeat.

I also just found out my brothers friend just sold his 85 notch for 500 bucks! pissed me off! it was really nice... had a new paint job, nothing special but it was a really clean car... easily worth 2,500 or 3k.

as for why i want to go turbo, i just love them... i like the idea of being able to have different maps set up. one rape map and a nice street tune.

turbo's are where it's at for big power, but they are not cheap.

I disagree to an extent, carb is just as reliable and tunable....prob is, most youngins don't understand it's theroy and operation and have no clue how to tune a carb, = all in the tuners hand/ability.....simplicity often can be ones best friend.
