That sucks. That's why I like to keep a tire on that has a good rain capability. Driving situations like that take a bit of skill though, you have to know how to brake and turn hard and brake and not skid(too much). At work they train us in a skid car...we have to run an autocross course with the car lifted a bit off the ground so the tires have barely any traction. It's basically like racing in the rain.

I guess your insurance is going to consider that as a hit and run?

Hitting a car that can move is a little more forgiving than hitting a tree, then I'm sure he/she wouldn't have ran away.

Well thanks for all the replies guys, i probably should have hit her, as of right now i have no pictures... but my friend who was riding with me took a couple cause i asked him to, but idk when he will send them to me.

I walked away from it, but not in the best way my back hurts really really bad and my neck is pretty sore, but since the other car whatever it was never stopped i didn't really want to tell the police that or anything. I was just happy my friend didn't get hurt at all.

I'll try to get pictures up as soon as i can, and sadly my car was only on liability and not full coverage. So basically i don't know whats going to happen. =*(
