Turbo - more power
Supercharger - power all the time

turbos are more expensive and more effeciennt that superchargers, but with a turbo there are modifications and fiddling. as were superchargers are more simple and bolt right up with not much modifications.

turbos have more potential for power but if your on a budget go with a supercharger.

i like the turbo idea myself, if building a track car.

For the street, it really doesn't matter either way, other than the fact the turbo sounds cooler.

very vague and out dated info.

only a roots type blower has "power all the time" which is really just 2000rpm and up. a centrifical sc will almost always make power later then a turbo setup. a properly sized turbo to your motor will make power starting as early as 2300rpm.

Get Vortechs old V1 head if you like the blower sound. I like superchargers better, just my opinion though.

They both will make good power. But a supercharger is usually easier to install!
