IMO best all around is a 180 , brand..lol what ever the local parts store has, but I often try to use the MR. Gasket high flow one

I always ran 160's in my 5.0's. I don't remember the brand though, it was years ago.

+1 for the 160. If you live in colder places and still use the heat in your car then I would go with the 180.
