id recommend saving a couple extra bucks for the trickflow kit. it will save a lot of hassle in finding parts and dealing with a bunch of people. it is a much better kit for not too much more loot. it can also support more down the road when the sc is added.

What do you think a Trick Flow kit with 5psi vortech would put down vs. this LRS kit with a 5psi vortech?

As for the H/C/I kits, I prefer the Holley Systemax II. Best intake and good flowing heads.
But, everyone has their own opinion.

Either kit + 5psi of boost will equal a broken T-5
I have no actual power numbers.

just read an article on the v3 kit (5psi vortech) the kit with the trf should probably put down close to 400 rwhp.the lrs kit would do about 50 to75 less.the car in the article started with 309 rwhp and ended with 409.but that is with all proper supporting mods.so they say with the lrs combo you should be 250 rwhp.i have a similar set up and plan on v3 kit.my goal is mid 12 so i should have that easy with the sc.vortech states 50 hp on bone stock 5.0 so it should be easy to build off that if you start with it first. and the v3 is 2 grand and should be done quiker than the h/c/i swap.
