Default HELP!!! has spark, getting fuel, no start??

1988 Mustang GT...the car is getting spark, is getting fuel(43lbs), but the injectors are not pulsing. Also, I can hear the fuel pump turn on and stay on, it doesn't shut off when it has built pressure. Someone suggested it might be the TFI module which I repalced today, no dice. Any suggestions?

injector pulse is directly controlled by the PIP module inside the distributor, which then relays the pulse through the TFI.

Given that you've replaced the TFI, no injector pulse now = bad PIP or bad computer

is it a 88 motor? and with harness from same year? 88 harness will not work on diff year motor unless you change harness to match motor year. i went through same problem few years back with a 88LX 5.0, ended going carb and rewired striped down harness.
