Question 1993 two tone red/silver gt, paint bumpers

hey guys,

my front bumper on my 1993 gt needs to be repainted and i want it to remain the same color.

and my rear bumper the paint has chipped off and also needs to be repainted.

i cant put pictures of it up right now, but i have a picture of my car on my profile, i dont think you can really see the chips on the front bumper though.

i was wondering for those of you who have cars that are 2 toned stock with the titanium/silver bumpers, if you had to repaint them, did you just sand them down and mask them off, or just take the bumper covers completely off the car and do them.

the front and back bumper, the top of bumpers is painted red

for the moment, here is a picture of a car with the same paint as mine:

You know, I have always liked 2 tones. I would have the parts painted off the car but that is just me.
