I had to drill my Explorer intake too. You will also need to drill the back corner for the pipe nipple to hook up the rear EGR coolant hose. I think I used a 7/16" bit and 1/4"npt tap (1/4"-18)for the barb that I used.

I have those hoses bypassed so no worries

ya i dont understand why those are there.. 190* coolant flowing through ur tb to warm the air? dont you want the air cool? lol
