gt40 CAM

I got sum dude tryin to sell me a gt40 cam pull out of a 93-95 cobra at 76K and i was told that cams dont wear down much and are pretty re-usable but my main question is would my 88lx that is otherwise stock pass smog with a gt40 cam? supposedly its like the b303? but would it pass smog in california anybodY?? i got this motor apart so i would luv to soup it up while its out!! just wanna be able to drive it when i put it back in damn it!

its nothing like the B303 cam, and yes, you will pass smog with it.

just install a NEW set of lifters and you will be all set (dont pay more than like.. $25-$50 for the cam)

i guess i should look up the specs of the gt40 cam i mean would it increase much horsepower? and still pass smog fer sure? cuz that would hella suck if i put it all together dropd it in an it doesnt pass due to the cam or something hah my luck

well don't you think the cobras passed emissions,they had to to be sold,so why wouldn't it in your car

+1 it's nothing special, don't bother. If you want a cam get a real cam.
