Default Cleaning up some wiring, please help!!!

Well one thing on my list of things to do to the mustang this winter is clean up the wiring, i wish the engine bay looked as good as the car outside of the car did. But anyway, i snapped a couple pictures, if you see anything you recognize, or know what it is, or if i need it please tell me. In the first picture, anyone know which plug that is/what its for?! I undid a lot of the electrical tape, and all the wires from that plag are cut except for one, which is spliced into a wire that goes to one of the plugs in the second picture, which then runs to a fusible link i think it was called, then the wire runs into the firewall. The wire is red with a green stripe, anyone know what it is or iff i need it? I mean non of the plug are plugged in so i dont think i would need it... The third picture is just for fun, just some sh!t that was hiding under some electrical tape.
