Default brand new need some advice

whats up?
i have a 92 5.0 i already have full exhaust and MSD ignition, wanting to do a cam thinking about the f303. any ideas it's not a rce car, just a toy. will i need to do heads and stuff or can i just do the cam? or should i look at a different cam? thanks

yes........no........yes................cam swap = spring swap and if you have stock heads IMO a cam swap is not worth it, as you won't notice a gain

Welcome. READ READ READ!!!! This forums has everything. You have to have the heads/intake for the cam. Don't just throw a cam into a mostly stock motor unless you have the intake and heads to support it. I put a e303 cam in my car with everything stock and only noticed some low end gain.

yup, listen to these guys. If the engine is mostly stock then a cam is a huge waste of money and it's just going to cost you driveability.
