Got the car cleared today took some 2 stage candy and some good black and make it happen...The silver was the basecoat for the candy is very metallic and the candy apple red I we sprayed over the black...The silver stripe and logo was painted before the black we used a ford racing stick used the silver candy basecoate and shot it first where we striped it and put the sticker then painted the car black then sprayed the candy apple red over the black on top and pulled the tape off the silver and the sticker off here it is.....wanted the car to be different. oh stripped the whole car down to the metal did the bodwork about 2 1/2 weeks primmer block , primmer block wet sand then here it is not done yet but close..

I like the stripe, the ford racing logo is not something I would do, but its your car.

Dude come on, pull the damn lights before you spray a car, it takes longer to tape them.

When the jacklegs orginally took my car they taped everything off when I got the car back I never took the tape off just got straight to car with some sandpapper and never looked back. I only recall evern remembering they were in a few times to be honest but I'm painting the back rear lights black and going to put the black out on the front. Mind you this is tthe first I have ever painted a car and built a motor...I"m really a driver and that's what I do and I gamble and started to see if I can build my own car and in this case paint it too...
