Default 347 short block for $1500?

Seen these on ebay a couple times. They just raised the price, they were $1200 before. You guys think these short blocks are worth the cash? Curious to see what you guys think...

4-5 weeks to build it. Either they are backed up with race season or something is up. No way it should take that long. I would find out more about the parts used. Looks like they make them themselves just by looking at the name.

I wouldnt buy it for the simple fact that the parts used, are not listed...

I wanna know who manufactures the parts that are in my engine
