Default Radiator tool for fins?

Do they make any kind of tool too straighten out some of the radiator fins? Mine are pretty f-up along the bottom,I think my car still has the original rad still in it.

i've seen them. search 'radiator fin comb' on ebay. they look pretty cool. i coulda used one on my explorer; the trans cooler leaked and totally gunked up the condensor so there was NO air flow.
