Building a 331 need lots of advice!!

I do a few hundred a year and almost none of them are 347's. I've never seen the reason, for leaving around 16 free horsepower behind.
I said that backwards....almost none of them are 331's. We do several hundred 347's for every 331.

I almost put a 331 in my 89, only becasue I already have a 347 in my 85 and I had a complete h/c/i better suited for a 302 laying around and by doing a 331 using a 302/h/c/i , I wouldn't of felt as bad if it didn't perform well knowing I used an inferior h/c/i however had it of been 16 cubes more that'd of made me feel even worse if the output was less than desirable, fortunately, funds didn't work out and a 306 went in it
