I ended up going with the Centerforce recommendation of the Centerforce II - CFT360057

One thing to note is that for the same application (fox mustang /w t5) there is another Centerforce II ...... it is this other pressure plate that SUMMIT recommends:
CFT360048 (86-93 mustang)
whereas SUMMIT states:
CFT360057 (93-01 mustang)

One would think that I should use CFT360048 for my application, but the rep states that the CFT360057 has LESS pedal effort and MORE clamping force than the CFT360048 number.

One could think and guess that looking at the part numbers.... and notice that they share the year "1993" this is the cobra year where the special pressure plate by centerforce and valeo was produced with.... yes less effort and more force. perhaps this CFT360057 is the "aftermarket" equilivent of the OEM 1993 cobra pressure plate (which you cannot buy new afaik)
