Default Good deal?

Sorry if this isn't in the correct section couldn't think of a place to put it.

anyway I found someone selling a 91 Mustang Convertible 5.0L Car looks great (going to be test driving it sometime this week), But what do you guys think of a deal like this.

He is asking $6000 for it (its about 10miles from me so I don't have to pay for shipping or anything)

here are some pictures....

6,000 seems pretty high to me. Is that rot on the rocker panel right below the front of the door?

It is a lot easier to fix the mechanical problems, and cheaper in most cases, then to do body work. As LIV2ROC has already said it is what you can't see that gets you. Especially if you are going to pay someone else to do the body work. Also rocker panels just don't unbolt so no it is not a quick easy fix. Not only look for rot also look for places filled in with body filler.

I would have a friend help me with the body work (when and if it needs it)
How would I check for filler?

Thanks
