The end of an Era....A done deal
The time has come, to part w/ the stang. Last couple years I have had little time to drive, let alone work on it (haven't had any interest in that either) since working 2 jobs (another reason I haven't been on here much) thanks to our great economy. 16 years of my life in that car and loved every minute of it. So a couple months ago I listed it on e-bay w/ a reserve of 10K. Only made it to 8700.00 Not enough. I held out for 10, re-listed it and got my price. Also sold a pair of rims and tires w/ it for another 400 bux. So the new owner had a friend of his come down yesterday from Michigan to pick up the car.
Here's a few pics of it cleaned up, waiting to take the ride north.
The money
Loading it up
One last look
There she goes
No regrets.... now, the replacement, just a pic, not actual, yet
Bike I currently own and will not be selling

WOW...PR50SC, Ok let me understand this your working two jobs and lost interest in the mustang..So you sold the car and looking to buy another Harley?( Money is not the issue than) I think by next summer your going to really regret selling that beautiful LX, something that nice is going to be hard to find again and you did all that work yourself. But anyway I'm Really going to miss seeing you on here everyday and I want to personally thank you for all your help on the forums......Rich

just wow man. First person to post that they sold there car that I was actuly sad for.
at a loss for words. the harley is going to cost more then the mustang is getting you, so I dont understand the working 2 jobs thing when your still losing money if you want to look at it from a money stand point.
I wish luck to you.

To lose interest in a car like that I will never understand. I'd say it's my favorite coupe.
Ooh well, hobbies come and hobbies go for some people. Enjoy the new Harley. Like the others, I don't understand your reasoning in the heated economy/ buy a Harley situation.
