I have a $1,200 budget to make my 1991 LX faster. Any ideas?

team z and/or baseline makes a bracket that bolts to the rear axle. then you bolt your upper control arms to the bracket, not to the stock mounting points on the axle, there for the mounting point is relocated. basically gives you better suspension geometry

Do I need to do anything else to the rear end if I decided to go with 4.30 gears?
