AOD build-up

AOD build-up
I bought an extra aod to re-build to replace my high mileage aod. Shooting for a fairly mild build of my Mustang over the next couple of years. Hoping for around 300hp since this is a street car. Must keep the aod; the wife can't drive stick. I thought I'd start out with the tranny and rear gears(2.73 to 3.73).
Anyways, the tranny I purchased to re-build came with a Lentech valve body with the O/D switch (not sure which model exactly). I've read good things about Lentech, so I plan to re-use the valve body. The torque converter is a 9.5" TCI with a 3800 stall. This is way too much stall for my application, so I'll be selling it and getting something in the 2500 range.
My main question for the tranny is where to purchase a quality re-build kit that will handle plenty of power. There seems to be so many options, so I'd like to ask for some opinions based on people's personal experience.
Thanks for the help!

i recently bought a semi built aod from a place called trans depot. look them up on line or google them. great prices. they have 2 or 3 different built aods. just depends on how much power you want it to handle. i paid around 1100
