Just bought a 95 gt need advice on part sequence
My gf just sold me her 95 mustang gt and i want to hop it up but i need to know what order of parts i should install first. Its an automatic so first thing is making it into a manual. T-5? Also looking to super charge it. Does my engine need internal work to support the horsepower?

I would start w/ a intake and exhaust, (if it doesnt have already), like bubba said gears will make a BIG diifference as well! you can keep the auto, or replace w/ a t-5, it cost me a grand to have my aode built. as for super charging how many ,miles on motor? and has been gone through already? just a little input.

ok brother, the gears they're speaking about are in the rear differential, and I wouldn't go 4.10 with a manual (thats just me) because your gears will be extremely short with the stock motor. The absolute first thing you should do is a full tune up and service everything you can. This will insure that you have a solid car and you'll have basic knowledge about it. Also buy a haynes/chilton/ some kind of shop manual to help you.

OP, read my signature.
The first thing you need to do is a complete service on the vehicle. fluids, filters, wearable ignition items... etc etc
THEN, decide what you want out of the car. I.E.
Strictly track (1/4 mile or road course)
street/strip
handling
or a street cruiser
Once you have a plan on the use of the car, set a HP goal, or a time goal... and we can help you attain that which you seek.
Don't buy any performance parts, until you have done what I have said.
