Well going to a glide built by LANG now gonna need the tall first gear to keep the front end down with all the power. Just talked with jason lee (drag radial world champion) at PTP about the gear drive. I will be running a gear drive trying to spin the blower in the 26-32 psi range depending on how much boost I need to get this motor into the 1200-1300 hp range, got done talking to the engine builder today hes stoked since he has never built this wild of a sbf before he builds a lot of sbf and big block chevys with blowers but at 3.5-3.9 hp per cubic inch hes totally salavating at putting this thing on the dyno. Gonna be running a remote water pump setup as well that will feed into the freeze plugs instead of the front of the engine cools the cylinders better. Its pretty sick setup but worth some power.

Been told by like all the big timers, Jason lee Trace myers, Dave z, Donnie walsh to run a glide because its gonna be a handful off the line if i got with a 3 speed very hard to control off the line gonna be taking power out of it, but with a glide I can hit it with everything I got. More about power management then anything else
