Default Desktop Dyno 2003

I used it with all my flow numbers and all the other engine specs. 348hp @ 5500 rpm ,388trq @4000 rpm. Dont know how close it really is. My build is a 87 gt w/331 stroker, Eagle 3.25 cast steaal crank, Eagle 5.4 SIR I beam rods, KB FHR 4 valve relief ftp, tfs 2 cam, gt40x heads, wieand stealth intake, 750 cfm holley. C4 trans w/ shift kit, ptc 3200 stall, 3.73 gears

You input head flow specs. Cr etc? Its usually withib 5-10% but dont forget thats a crank rating!

Yea I know @ fly wheel.Not to happy with the fly wheel hp. torque is nice though. Yes thats with compression ratio and my head flow numbers. Will have everything put back together soon and back in the car. Picking my 2 blocks up from machine shop today

I changed the cam to seat to seat. and it changed the numbers. 379hp @ 6000 rpm and 378 trq @ 4500. So which one should the cam be seat to seat timing or 0.050 inch timing

with seat to seat u can adjust the timing as well. advance it or retard it. It changes the numbers @ -5 retarded it gives me 383hp @ 6000 rpm and 376 trq @ 4500

also about how much will I lose thru trans wheels etc. Getting sub frame connectors asap. have a strut tower brace. but probably not going to run it

.050 the retarding I belive is actual cam degreeing done with a offset bushing kit to change camshaft position. That would change your hp tq numbers and rpm they occur!

I'd use the cam @.050 off base circle.
Those programs are all 'emptying/filling' type things so anytime you put more of several different things in it, they will show more HP.
I'd also figure about 20% loss if you have a manual trans and about 22% if you have an automatic.........
