Default afr165 for 306 with blower (can i keep stock cam?)

I have a 306 rebuilt motor, stock heads, stock cam, gt40 intake, stock injectors with FMU, flowmasters, and Vortech V3 8-10lb boost.

I want to upgrade to...

42lb injectors
75mm PMAS mass air
AFR 165cc heads
Holly systemax intake?
CAM?

What would happen if I kept the stock cam? Because I have never did a cam swap, and i seen some dynos with the stock cam and afr165's and blower, and it was in the mid 400's.. ?

If I got

afr165cc heads
42lb inejctors
70mm TB
75mm MAF
STOCK cam
GT40 intake (TEMPORARY til i get more funds)
Vortech v3 with 10lbs boost

About what would this afr165, gt40 head, and stock cam with 10lbs yield in HP numbers to the wheels with a manual? I want to keep the cam stock for this build possibly. And temporary I am gonna keep the gt40 intake. Will these heads bolt on with no problems? and should I use 1.7 RR's to get more cam lift?

I ran a stock cam with 1.7 cobra rockers on an explorer engine with a kb. 6lbs of boost it put 390hp to the wheels. At 5200 rpm, it fell on its face.

58, 60 or 61 depending on which ones you get.

I think the stock cam would be fine. You may want to look into something that has more rpms but, as far as making power, you can get enough hp to split a block with a stock cam and boost.
