Default Trunk with holes

I got a trunk on a 83 convertible mustang (black) that has holes for where a spoiler mounts. Is there a cheap way to fill and seal the holes but looks decent at the same time.

cheapest way is to just replace the spoiler, other than that depends how good you are with body work & paint.
