Couple questions
1. Since I installed 410 gears first gear seems worthless. It's too short. Would it hurt the cluch to take off in second very much, such as for daily driving?
2. My radiator has a small leak. I was thinking about getting an aluminum radiator and an electric fan and getting rid of the mechanical fan to free up some horsepower, what little it will. Since I'll be running a 347 in the near future would it be better to get a 2,3, or 4 row radiator and is the stock radiator 1 or 2 row?

It's not the best thing to do, but it CAN be done. Remember that second is only a 1.99:1 gear.
I've run into much the same issue, and when I finish the body on my car, i'm going to be stepping down to a trans with a 2.87:1 first gear, as opposed to the 3.35:1 stock.
As for the radiator... I'm a huge advocate of the stock pieces. A new OEM replacement will do you just fine, assuming your fans, wp, and coolant are all performing correctly.
I run a Parts store brand radiator in my Cobra, along with a 180° thermostat. I have also lowered my fan on temps by ~12° to match the drop in t-stat temp. My car will hardly ever get over 200°, which is usually right around when my fans high speed kicks in. Temps then drop. So, my suggestion? A new OEM style rad, 180° stat, 3.8l Taurus or SN-95 fan setup, and some 50/50 antifreeze.

if you insist on an aftermarket rad you can get an ebay or summit brand direct fit aluminum rad for approx 250-300 dollars. its a 2 row 1" tube....MORE than enough than you'd need. for electric fan use a Taurus electric fan

I run a cheap ebay 3 core aluminum, and the dang car with a 180 stat barley ever gets to 180, radiator was 159.00 shipped from ca to my door 3 years ago, I figured what the heck I'll try it, and has worked quite well

starting in second will wear the clutch more and give crappier fuel economy. but did you really just say "my car is too fast now and i wish it was slower"
anyways... go with a "be cool" 3 row....cant beat it

Great pick on the 4.10s welcome to reality they suck for daily driving with a 5 speed! The stock radiator like stated above is plenty, i run a stock one (347), 195* stat and the stock fan. i hardly see 200* unless i`m sitting in traffic!
A 3.27, 3.31 or a 3.55 works great for the extra umph and easy around town scoots! unfortunatly you fell for the hipe of the short gear ohwell thats how you learn for yourself!
Oh i almost forgot now that you have 4.10`s your engine wont self destruct lmfao!
