i got a 89 5.0 lx and gettin a bbk ssi performance intake with a 70mm throttle body it comes with the fuel rails but not injectors what would be a good choice to get ?

what intake would u recommend cause i aint no mechanic by any means thats just one a buddy of mine recommended but tryin to learn but as of right now all i know it has is a cold air intake but just got some gt40p heads wantin to put on it and b303 cam, exhaust underdrive pullys tryin to find a stage 2 clutch and a couple other things as well id really like to have 350-400 hp

you arent going to make anywhere near 350-400hp with GT-40P heads and a B cam.

If that is seriously your goal, and 350-400hp is all you want... Put the P heads on, run an F-303, Trickflow street heat intake manifold, and choose between a supercharger or turbo.

I personally would lead towards the turbo...

ok cool how bout a gt40 ported upper and lower intake? and is there a difference between a street heat and a track heat intake?

Well a really good porting job and it might be equal but getting the same runner demensions would be quite the trick! The Street has a longer runner length!
