Door Hinge Roller missing on driver side?

Default Door Hinge Roller missing on driver side?

I just noticed I'm missing Door Hinge Roller. The hinge is not broken but roller is missing How hard is it to put a new one in? The door seems to work find with out it......... Thanks !

if the splined pin is still in place that hold the roller there, getting the proper angle to drive the pin out will be key I had the door off mine making it easy, 50resto.com sells the part iirc

Well there's no pin just hinge so its just a matter of putting the roller in between the hinges and knocking the pin in right? thanks

I got the new Door Hinge Roller and when I tried install the set pin first to slide through the roller the pin dosen't clear the inside hinge goes in on a angle,so i'm assuming the door must come off? Anybody ever install one with out removing door or fender? What a pain in the *** to install this must be an easier way ! yes /no ?

IIrc i've used a set of punches and or an air hammer, if not last one I did door was off

The only negative thing I can say about it, is that it isnt draft proof at the top
something I did not consider when making comparisons, but having said that,
I would have still chosen a roller all things considered.
