Not trying to change the subject but, what would you go with as far as options with the On3 kit?

I have looked into it but, I am lost as far as wastegates and turbos. The only friends I have running a turbo car has a tial wastegate and just spent 1700 on a 62 trim. So thier opinion is Master Power = e-bay turbo.

Personally I am thinking of just ordering the base kit and doing like a 7 pound spring.

Master Power actually makes quite a nice turbo, Their T70 is a GREAT choice for a mid range build looking to stay around block breaking levels. Someone I know was running a T88 on his DART 310 and making over 800 at the wheels through a Lentech auto.

I bought a on3 performance kit with a master power T70 for my carbed 351w. Took a week of work to install. Motor made 330whp n/a and with the turbo it made 475whp on only 6lbs of boost and like 490torque! And the turbo is rated for 20lbs. Unfortunately my motor blew up shortly after and I had to sell the turbo kit to by a new block

i've heard good things about masterpower as well. my buddy had a 70mm on his '95 and made good power. now he's upgrading to the 76mm but the 70 was still working just fine. imo the masterpower is a great midrange turbo. cheaper than precision or garrett or something like that, but still much better than the "ebay" turbos.

so I guess that means better than the ebay turbos. I am wondering what it would cost, pipe to mufflers and all to have a reliable on3 kit.

go look it up and upgrade the wastegate and turbo if you want to feel better about the kit. I'm planning on their new forward facing kit with the mp turbo for my 4.6.
