This is a very broad question. Especially since MJR owns both a Nitrous'd 347 stroker, and a supercharged 306.

We can't make any recommendations to you until you tell us what your final goal is. How do you plan on using the car? How much power do you want? How do you want it to behave?

what's your goal??, what's the intended budget and is your current motor in usable shape??

if your car is running and driving now just fine and you want more speed spray it!! i bet its still more reliable then the motor you want to buy.

My old 306 needed 11-1 compression, 195cc cnc Trickflow heads, and a lot larger cam than that thing has along with Vic Jr intake and a 750 carb to make 420HP on an engine dyno.
I think maybe they are getting 'dyno' numbers from from a $40 computer program.....
