What is the most common easiest cost friendly way to get a 93 mustang 5.0 to push 600-650 horses

no cost effective way, for starters, aftermarket block, then all supporting mods, such as h/c/i, stroke it, then add boost, have a decent fuel system, add in tune and project easily will be close to 15k, if you wish it to last, otherwise throw the bottle at it

What's the most power you've ever driven? If you go from a 200hp Mustang to a 600hp one, you'll probably wreck in in about 14.3 seconds.

This. I hit my bone stock long blocked 5.0 that dyno'd 183 at the rear tires with a 2 stage pilled at 200 each just to see what would happen. Put down 528 at the rear tires on both units, and lived a pretty long life.
