Mustang door hinge Help

Default Mustang door hinge Help
i am in the middle of replacing the door hinges on the driver side. I have removed both top and bottom hinges. There is one bolt left in the top I need to remove, but I have no way of getting it off. Do I need to go through the dash, or is there an easier way?

you can pull out the inner fender liner and get to them that way.all you need is a wrench after that
