hahaha, I didn't realize this guy was a tool. I've never personally spoken to him, just reposted this from the ranger forum. That being said, I'm not the only person with this issue and it's not uncommon. Just search on Google to find more info and instances. I pulled my hair out trying to figure mine out before I got rid of it.

There are alot of issues out there that are common but are because of the people with them can't figure out how to solve the issue....

Didn't mean to start a fight lol. What head and cam would you boys recommend. I want something really quick and that if I wanted to do more work to the car I can still use the heads. What cam should I get with them to get me the lobby idle and a good performance boost.

I'd go with a set of Trick Flow Twisted Wedge 185 CNC or the 190 FAC and a custom cam. You can get with Jim at Ford Strokers for the heads and cam or look for a used set. You could also contact Tom Moss over on Corral or STL Mustangs to port that GT40 for cheap.
