Default front bumper license plate question?

in New Jersey you must have (2) plates on your car. and i had to put one on my front bumper. so i drilled two holes in my bumper under the mustang letters. and with a plate on the front of my 91 it looks like crap. so im wondering if you guys have a better looking idea? any help much appreciated.

I live in CT which also requires two plates. A previous owner didn't know WTF they were doing and drilled two holes in my front ground effect that don't line up with a license plate so I just stick the thing in between the window and the dash on the passenger side. I've yet to be pulled over for it either being in the window or not being there because it fell on the floor when I hit a bump.

Just my 0.02 though, not sure how it's enforced in NJ.

I know NJ has some funny license plate laws. Can't you just get some clear suction cups and stick to you windshield on right side just above the dash?
That's what I did and so far Ohio hasn't stopped me.

Soon as my baby turns 20 yrs old she wont need a front license plate.....My point is just get collector plates. I think most states you dont need a front plate once you get collector plates and you never have to buy tabs again!
