Planned on taking out my engine and cleaning it off maybe by the end of winter. Anyone done this before? Ive dropped my transmission, but no idea how this will go.

Anything i should have done to my eng while out? Was planning on building it.
Wanted to possibly change heads as well as add a cam. Any specific heads with an E-303 cam?

I have removed and reinstalled my engine while the tranny was in there. It's a pretty simple removal. How far into the engine rebuild are you trying to go?

Do you know if you had good compression?

Just a simple cleaning of valves, replacing with OEM. Didnt know if there was any difficulty with installing new.
I hear E-303 is good for a street cam

If you are running the stock heads do not change the cam......

Pull the engine, clean it, paint it, check your bearings or just replace them, all new gaskets....new oil pump and timing chain.....
