Default What cam should I use?

Hey guys, I'm in the process of building a new street/strip car and I'm trying to figure out what cam to run. So far I've got a 1971 310 block with howards cams retrofit lifters, a tubular GT40 intake, Victor Jr heads, and the motor currently has an e cam in it. I do understand the heads are a little big for a 302 block but I got them for a steal, so I'm just trying to figure out what cam would go with those heads. My pistons already have some pretty decent valve reliefs in them. All input is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Try Ed Curtis for a custom grind. Go to Comp Camquest and get a general idea.

I currently have the e cam, someone suggested perhaps the f cam and someone else suggested the Anderson n-91 or tfs stage 3

Have you checked the price of a custom cam from flowtech inductions...not much more than an ots cam and you know its exactly what you need not what others think will work.

If you insist on an ots cam try cam quest like bubba said to get an idea of what you need.

I think I'm just gonna settle with the f cam for now, I have another question for you guys, should I port match my gt40 intake to the heads or just switch intakes to say the Vic Jr still or something like that, once again thanks for all your input.
