No it's not throwing any codes. But I do have wide tires In the back idk if that will make a difference. I was thinking of buying some fuel injector cleaner and changing all my spark plugs and wires. I am also going to replace my air filter hopefully thais will make a difference. Do you guys recommend any spark plugs and wires?

Go with Ford Motorcraft copper plugs. Cheap and reliable. I also like the ford racing 9mm wires. They come in a few different colors to accent your motor.

My stock 94 gets 20 mpgs without nice driving, get up to 25 on the highway.

Maybe something do do with the straight pipes??

Only if the EGR or O2 sensors were bypassed.

I would guess your 02 sensors wasn't by passed? I didn't by pass on a car I had once... my MPG dropped from 22 highway to 16 highway. My MPG were ALLL screwed up and all I could smell was gas fumes. If you're not car smart/handy I would take the car to a garage, have them tune it up and look into the problem... other wise you could look into some tunes and aftermarket parts that would assist in MPG.
