could be a diamond in the rough, as far as a decently clean build project goes. You probably won't be able to talk down much, the mileage is certainly more than desirable.
Something appears wrong with the rear suspension, though. That tire also looks bald.

i noticed that, its sitting at a funky angle on a hill if you look at the other pics. and my guess is there was one last hoorah before putting it up for sale, looks pretty evenly worn like burnouts.

just got a few more pics from the guy, the interior is pretty nasty, dark spots everywhere in the seats. the trunk rails look pretty solid as well whcih is a plus.

Yea first thing i noticed was the bald tires. And i noticed he says the window doesnt roll up? Havnt heard of that one before. Sounds like he has abused and ran the crap out of it

I would keep looking car looks f-up not taking care of at all regardless of the price !

well i finally got the VIN from him, car came up dirty than a used tampon. Salvage/rebuilt title. Numerous accidents. I offered him $1500 cash. haha, needless to say he told me to get bent. Kinda pisses me off he kinda failed to mention that in the ad

Well there you go just keep looking and keep doing your homework tough to find nice clean classic mustangs but they're out there good luck !

the two stangs i have are super clean, no rust on either of em and im driving the one in the winter :-/ i wasn't really lookin but this one came up, and it would have been a perfect little commuter car, it even has crusie!!!! my other two dont haha.
