Tempted to trade .. Thoughts??

Tempted to trade .. Thoughts??
So I have a guy that wants to trade an 88 5.0 vert for my 94 .
The car has a rebuilt 90 block mass air, e303 cam, bbk shorties 3" bbk x pipe/w 3" magnaflows 3" tails. Also a new stage 2 centerforce clutch.
Rest of the car is stock including intake/heads. He said he thinks the rear is 3.27 , but being that the car is a manual I would be more inclined to think its 2.73 or 3.08 unless it was an auto at some point in time and the 3.27 gears were picked as the option.
Now my car has some long tubes 3.73 rear gt40 intake on a rebuilt 89 block. o/r h pipe with flow master super 44s.
Anyone have any thoughts on this trade. I am tempted. I just haven't gone to look at the car yet but I may later today. Here are a few pics of it that he sent to my phone.

Hmm, that's a tough call. Fox looks clean, I've never had a convertible, but could see the benefits. I'm sure you got some blood, sweat, and tears into yours. My gut tells meet the fox might be worth more down the road. Tough call

hah and some very flavored words as well as blood and sweat.
I am thinking if the fox is rust free and the top is in good shape it would be worth more with a good cleaning and some minor things repaired , he says the front bumper is cracked on the bottom. Not a hard fix.
Oh and one more thing is he said it has 1.6 roller rockers , Im not sure the e303 cam with just 1.6 rollers is really doing any good for the engine using stock intake and heads.
I suppose if it idles without having to keep my foot on the pedal it will be ok. Just not sure it adds any performance with stock heads.
Plus it looks like he spray painted the intake while it was still on the car lol. That says laziness and I am leary of what other short cuts were taken.

Have you driven it yet , should have respectable power, I'd lay into it then start flipping those toggle switches below arm rest and see if it goes faster lol.
I'd say grab it, variety is the spice of life. Once you own a 88, you'll never want another, plus you'd be cool like me lol.

I have a suspicion that the fox is not up to my standards though lol .
