I'll end up selling the pro comp heads when I do my swap.

I'll keep the stroker kit idea in mind. In all honesty I'm going to sit on this setup N/A for awhile. I just spent a couple mortgage payments on finishing the build.

What are your thoughts on victor jr heads?

If I do a serious engine build, it will be either be with a boss or dart block.

i'd go dart block, and I am more of a tfs or afr guy when it comes to heads, there is a reason why tfs is one of the most acredited heads out there in nmra.......the 11r heads are tough to beat

These build threads are cool. Hope whatever combo you run works well.

Thanks!

She's running right now. Just fixing the kinks and fine tuning it. I'll get a video up soon. Sending units are all out of wack, but I don't expect much with stock 25 year old gauges and sending units that were laying around in my garage.

Clutch was garbage when I went for a test drive, found the clutch cable was frayed and almost completely gone.

Took 4 hours of diagnosing random problems before it was started. From timing, to fuel (dumb friend put the fuel lines on backwards so the return line was getting pressurized lol), spark, grounds, etc.

No surging idle, she purrs at around 900. Just need to fine tune the adjustable clutch I had laying around in my garage and I'll be able to drive her around town so I can fine tune the suspension
