Alright, little update here.
- I made my starter grind/screech much better by forcing the starter towards the flywheel as I tightened the bolts. Makes a case for slottin the holes a small amount.
The car starts right up and will have the textbook surge for a couple mins so I have to hold the revs just around 1200-1500 with the throttle then it will idle fine. Almost like it passes a certain timeframe, 2mins or so, then will play nice.
The Borlas are awesome by the way.
Now driving is pretty good. I'm still not giving it WOT since I'm still <50mi on new engine.
Only issues are after revving 1st gear out (3.73) medium load 4500rpm then shifting into 2nd same load I will get a something like a miss. I just don't know if it is spark or fuel related.
Then nailing the brakes to bed in my pads sometimes the car would stall, that was with the a/c on though (which is working lovely ) - so the car not being dialed in that well coupled with a/c load..
I have the bottom few rows on my MAF table calibrated for the ProM 19# MAF to counter an overly rich idle, and then after that once rpm increases I have used the ProM24# table up to the 15.999v top
HEGOS are generally reading .5-.8 both sides while my WB still reads lean at times.
My ECT and ACT is still reading constant (20 and 100) in Bin Ed 2012 when I'm logging. Anyone have an idea on how to chase that? Don't those use the same lead in the harness?

Upate: Clocked the MAF to 6pm position and seemed to eliminate the surging and the 3000+rpm misfire. Car is very streetable so I am swapping out my 96cobras for some 17x9 03 cobras with 275 tires. Post a pic once swapped.
